1. Shipping Area : We currently ship orders within India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Delivery Conditions : Shipments are sent via registered couriers or through Indian post, depending on the location and availability. To guarantee safe delivery, all packages must be signed for upon receipt. Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to accept the delivery.

4. Shipping Address : It is crucial to provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.

5. Delivery Time : While we strive to deliver your order promptly, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location within India. Typically, "Ship by Land" orders are delivered within 7-10 business days while the "Ship by Air" orders are delivered within 3-6 business days from the date of order confirmation. Please bear in mind that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical challenges with the courier company may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.

6. Delivery Notifications : Our courier partners do not typically call recipients prior to delivery. Therefore, please ensure that someone is present at the designated shipping address to receive the package. If no one is available, the courier may leave a notification for further instructions or attempt delivery on the next business day.

7. Alternative Delivery Options : To ensure a successful delivery, consider providing a work address or an address where someone will be available during normal business hours. This helps minimize the risk of missed deliveries and ensures that you receive your package securely.

8. Missed Deliveries and Additional Charges : In the event that no one is available to receive the package at the time of delivery, our courier partner may hold the package for a specified period. Please note that additional delivery charges may apply if multiple delivery attempts are required.

9. Order Cancellation : Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
