Return & Refund Policies

For better and effective service vendors selling the customized items cannot accept the returns once shipped such as cricket bat with oiling and knocking service cannot be returned. Customers have to thoroughly check with the Vendors if they are selling the customized orders or not. 

You can return the product to the Vendor within 7 days after receiving the product with following conditions:
(1) Buyer need to register their request with vendor within 7 days directly via the contact number of vendor given on the Thirsty Bucket website. In case vendor is not answering or for any other conflicts between customer and vendor - Please contact Thirsty Bucket team for the resolution.
(2) Every Vendor on Thirsty Bucket must receive the returned product in unused condition. Every vendor registered on Thirsty Bucket can reject issuing the refund for the returned product if it is found used or damaged. 
(3) Product original packing and tags should remain intact as they were in delivered condition. If packing or original seal is broken then the vendor will not accept the returned product.
(4) Buyer will get the refund or replacement, once the returned goods are received by the Vendor. After checking the products the vendor shall process the refund. Every other vendor on the website could take different time to process the refund. 

There is an Exception for all of the above written policies and it is written as below:
Vendors on Thirsty Bucket are advised to use high-tech secure packing technique to pack the material with 2 times quality checks so chances of in-transit damage are very minimal. However, if you observed any tempered packing or damage on box then do not accept the shipment or write-down the delivery remakes as tempered box to the Vendor. Any damage product received by buyer should be informed to Vendor Contact Email or Phone Number within 12 hrs of receiving the goods. Email should contain pictures of damage products and with details description of issue. IN AND ONLY IN THIS CASE - the vendor will accept the return and refund for such a case and process the 100% refund on receiving the product even in damaged or seal broken condition.

Now the question arises - Who will bear the shipping charges for goods returned? Here is the answer -
If you received the damage product then shipping charges of return goods will be bear by the Vendor. If goods are returned due to change in mind or personal choice then shipping charges will be bear by buyer and the Vendor can deduct the shipping cost for the returns from the order value. For example, if you order formal shoes and after receiving the goods you don’t like the color then the vendor will arrange the pickup - Once after receiving the product, the vendor can deduct the shipping amount from the order value and can refund you the rest of the order value if it passes the examination.

How will I get my money back if I returned or cancelled an order? Will it be done by Thirsty Bucket or the Vendor? Check it -

Vendors registered on the website alone can accept the cancellation of orders, Thirsty Bucket would not be able to process the cancellations. The customer can cancel any order within 12 hours by writing it or discussing it with the vendor. The orders cannot be cancelled after 12 hours of time. In case of cancelled order the Vendor will transfer the amount to the same bank account from where order payment was done within 4-7 days. However, the refund for cancelled order can take up-to 15 days by the vendors. In case, the vendor has not processed the refund for the cancelled orders - Please write to business@thirstybucket.com with all order details. For COD orders there is no cancellation refund as the customer has not yet paid for the orders.
